Eduardo Pena Vina
I am a technical founder working on asset transactions and verifiable communications.
I’m co-founder and CTO of Orbaclir / REClosure, where I lead platform development and technical architecture. I’m also co-founder and Engineering Lead at Witnis, responsible for full-stack product development and verifiable-systems implementation.

Background
I trained in Aeronautical engineering and Computer science. Work in simulation and cybersecurity shaped how I approach systems that meet physical, organizational, and security constraints.
Fraunhofer ITWM
I worked on interactive vehicle simulation and three-dimensional environment data for driving simulators and ADAS/AD development.
IMT Atlantique / Airbus
Earlier cybersecurity work involved IMT Atlantique and Airbus.
Those projects taught me to care about traceable inputs, bounded behavior, and the gap between a technically valid output and a decision another organization will accept. They inform my current work without reducing every problem to the same thesis.
